This is an opt-in form for those who want to join the claim and were living in the UK during the Class Period, but were no longer resident from 11 March 2026. DO NOT use this form if you (i) were living/domiciled WITHIN the UK on 11 March 2026 AND you meet the class member criteria as set out below; you are automatically part of the Class.

you were not domiciled in the United Kingdom on 11 March 2026, and
you made one or more payments to purchase PC Games or add-on content for PC Games including subscription payments for PC Games and/or add-in content in the period from either 1 January 2010 (for members of the Class domiciled in Scotland) or 4 June 2018 (for members of the Class domiciled in England, Wales, or Northern Ireland) to 4 June 2024 in accordance with the Class Period, and
you want to be part of the Class seeking compensation against Valve.

* Please note: In respect of any Person who meets the Class Definition but has subsequently died, the Class shall include their lawful representatives, successors or assignees.

You must take steps to opt-in to the Class if you want to be part of the collective proceedings to be eligible to receive payment in the future if this claim results in a damages award. Opting-in does not guarantee inclusion in the Class where you do not meet the above eligibility criteria.
